 From Field sketching, Pg 134 "Fernando discovered color theory from Jose Maria Parramon's books.  He doesn't color inside the lines, and the trees are not always green.  By abstracting here, blending there, & layering colors, he can form a tree that is a mix of yellow, blue , red, violet and orange.  The Environment consists of combinations of color."
